PSY-4010 Biological Psychology

Prerequisite(s): 9 credits in psychology; or BIO-1210  and BIO-2011  Junior standing or permission of instructor
This course offers a study of the physiological influences on human behavior with particular emphasis on the role of the nervous system. The instruction emphasizes current research in neurological and biochemical mechanisms as they influence memory, motivation, perception, consciousness and sensory and behavioral processes.
