PSY-4151 Counseling

3 credits
Prerequisite(s): PSY-1010 , PSY- 2070   Junior standing
The purpose of this course is to provide students with an introduction to both the counseling profession and the process of counseling itself.  Students learn about the relationship between counselor and client, theoretical approaches to counseling, and the application of intervention skills to facilitate client change. Available through EDP; once every three semesters (shared Course in VSC)
